Clarity over complexity
A model should make the decision easier to understand. Complexity must earn its place.
About Keltner Financial
The goal is not to make small businesses behave like large corporations. It is to give owners a clearer forward view without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Founder
Justin’s background is in corporate financial planning and analysis, capital planning, forecasting, management reporting, and decision support. Keltner Financial was created to bring that forward-looking discipline to owner-led companies that have outgrown decision-making by bank balance but are not ready to build a full internal finance team.
The work centers on a practical question: What should the owner understand before committing cash, people, or attention?
Keltner Financial is based in Upstate South Carolina and can support businesses locally or remotely.

Assumptions are documented, challenged, and updated as operating evidence changes.
A simple report used every month is more valuable than a sophisticated dashboard nobody trusts.
Questions that require a CPA, attorney, lender, or other specialist are identified directly.
Who we are built for
The initial focus is on service companies with approximately $500,000 to $10 million in annual revenue, especially businesses with payroll, equipment, projects, crews, locations, or working-capital complexity.
That range is a positioning guide, not a rigid qualification rule. The quality of the problem matters more than the size printed on the income statement.
